Ursula provides a full range of tax and financial statement services for the Firm's corporate and individual clients.  Prior to joining BA, Inc. in November 2012, Ursula was a Senior Accountant with a Boston based regional CPA firm.  Ursula also has several years of financial management experience working as a Controller with The Flatley Company for over ten years and previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin, Ireland for over four years.  Ursula's experience includes financial statement compilation, review and audit services with a range of different industries, as well as, extensive individual, corporate and partnership taxation and tax planning services. Ursula is also well versed in accounting system and internal control implementations and QuickBooks consulting and support services.  Ursula is a licensed CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. Ursula earned her Master of Science in Accountancy with High Distinction from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University College in Dublin, Ireland.
